SuccessinCMA.com was created to promote the wide variety of employment opportunities available in the Central Massachusetts area. SuccessinCMA.com is operated by HR Business Solutions, a recruiting administration firm located in Worcester MA.

After several years of operating HR Business Solutions we had a great vantage point to witness what was happening with employment within the Central MA area. We were constantly speaking with either employers that were struggling to find skilled employees or potential employees struggling to find employment. We realized that there was a disconnect that needed to be addressed. As we researched various recruiting tools and sources our findings told us a few things;

• 1. There are a lot of opportunities in the Central MA area but it was difficult to find out about them.
• 2. As a result of receiving so many Spam e-mails and offers of shady business opportunities, people that posted their resumes to resume databases were becoming disillusioned about being contacted by a real company having a real job.
• 3. Individuals that sent their resume into an organization doubted if their resume was ever read.
• 4. Organizations were being overrun with so many unqualified resumes that they were finding it difficult to sort through them all to find the qualified ones.

All of that wasted time and effort stops here...

By concentrating solely on Central MA we are able to highlight all of the opportunities in the area so both large and small organizations can post jobs and tell their story. We are able to monitor job postings to help ensure they are real jobs - and we do watch very closely. We also do not sell searching capabilities of our database. If an organization wants a resume database search we search for them - helping to ensure that no spam, no get rich quick scam artists or even no current employer will see a posted resume. Organizations will receive resumes of people who want to work in the area and who value what Central MA has to offer.

We have also created pages to highlight the housing opportunities and entertainment venues in the area.
